QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful completion of a certified licensed nursing program or accredited state therapy program
Licensed to practice as a nurse HHA or therapist in the state of Texas
Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous home health experienced preferred
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and communicate with the population server by the agency.
Ability to assess date reflecting the client's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each client's requirements related to his or her specific needs.
